📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment remotely to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Diagnose and address mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Provide approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Work a fixed Monday–Friday schedule during assigned Eastern Time shifts • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or comparable independent clinical license/credential • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English • Spanish fluency preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning experience • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Ability to commit to a fixed Monday–Friday schedule • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • One-on-one psychotherapy experience within the last 12 months • Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Comfort providing therapy to adolescents ages 13–17 • Ongoing independent licensure; year of independent licensure required in the application
