📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Provide one-on-one psychotherapy to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Work a fixed Monday–Friday schedule during one of the specified Eastern Time shifts • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Ability to provide one-on-one psychotherapy • Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents ages 13–17 • Ability to complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Current independent clinical licensure, including LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent listed credentials
