📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health treatment remotely • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Conduct psychotherapy and comprehensive assessments • Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Participate in qualified supervision when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred and other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule • Willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week • Current applicable associate therapist/registered intern or professional licensure, as applicable to the candidate's state
