📋 Description

• Manage communication with dealers, truck stops, and truck fleets to exceed sales targets • Cultivate a prioritized list of target fleets • Partner with Dealer Commercial Sales Representatives to conduct daily sales calls • Lead business planning with dealers to set growth targets and strategies • Drive training and adoption of Bridgestone Fleet Care Solutions, programs, and sales tools • Monitor dealer inventory levels and forecast future needs • Collect competitive intelligence • Conduct Fleet Genba activities through direct on-site observation of customer operations • Recommend solutions to fleet customers • Adhere to safety protocols, customer safety requirements, and proper PPE usage • Report to the Region Manager • Partner with dealers and the market team to drive commercial tire and retread business growth in South Florida

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience • At least 2 years of related industry experience • Must live in the South Florida market • Compliance with safety protocols and customer safety requirements • Proper PPE usage • Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification required at the start of employment if hired • Temporary work authorization or the need for sponsorship may disqualify employment
