📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for Oracle Fusion Sales and CPQ modules • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Sales for lead-to-opportunity management, sales forecasting, territory management, and sales dashboards • Configure and customize Oracle CPQ for product configuration, pricing rules, quote/proposal generation, and approval workflows • Support migration of Salesforce processes, objects, and data structures to equivalent Oracle Fusion capabilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sales/CPQ with Order Management, SCM, Subscription Management, and Installed Base • Participate in data migration, mapping, validation, and reconciliation using SQL/PL-SQL • Design, test, and troubleshoot Oracle Integration Cloud integrations • Conduct workshops, functional design sessions, and user training • Support unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing and defect resolution • Document configurations, process flows, and technical specifications • Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7–9 years of work experience • 5–7 years of CRM/CPQ experience • Proven hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Sales (Sales Cloud) • Proven hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle CPQ • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and lead-to-opportunity business processes • Experience with data migration and cutover activities from Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms to Oracle • Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations and technical specifications • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams • PAN, Aadhaar, and photo documents
