📋 Description

• Source and identify qualified candidates through social media, job boards and other recruiting platforms. • Post and maintain job openings on JazzHR. • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings. • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding staffing needs and candidate status. • Maintain applicant tracking systems. • Support additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition or HR experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of social media recruiting (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed, etc). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously. • Experience using Google sheets and Microsoft Excel. • Comfortable working independently. • Experience with photography a plus but not required.
