📋 Description

• Support multi-site electronic property functions in coordination with Operations, including completing regular audits, reporting findings, and posting corrections as needed • Manage bad debt notices and eviction filings • Manage the lease renewal process after renewal rates are approved and reflected in Yardi, including generating renewal lease proposal batches, resident follow-up, and creating renewal leases for resident signature • Complete final account statements and post move-out charges in coordination with property teams • Partner and communicate regularly with Community Managers, Property Teams, and/or Regional Managers • Ensure renters insurance compliance through regular audits, charge batches, and resident notifications of pending and expired insurance • Perform accurate end-of-month accounting • Resolve prospect and resident issues addressed to the CAP and communicate resolutions with property teams • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Excel • Yardi knowledge preferred • General accounting knowledge • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks within required timelines • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work successfully with others • Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness • Clear oral and written communication skills • Superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, and flexible • Professional image • Strong collections experience and Accounting/Bookkeeping skills required • Degree in business or related field preferred • 1+ years property management industry experience preferred
