📋 Description

• Provide hands-on support to customers • Provide maintenance and repair services in the field • Offer solutions extending beyond repairs and maintenance • Train staff on using equipment • Train customers on using equipment • Travel frequently to customer sites, daily • Work in a field-based, territory-based, virtually-based, or remote-based position without consistently reporting to a physical Benco location

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required) • Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based programs • Organizational skills • Problem solving skills • Exceptional communication skills • Mechanical or Technical experience/education • Electrical, customer service, military, or software/hardware experience • Pneumatics experience • HVAC experience • Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field (Preferred) • Routine walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting • Ability to frequently lift/lower/carry/push/pull 1 to 55 pounds and occasionally 56 to 100 pounds • Ability to push, pull, grasp, and use manual dexterity in hands, arms, and shoulders • Ability to work in tight spaces • Frequent travel to customer sites (daily) • Occasional use of power tools • Able to work as an independent team player and remain customer focused
