📋 Description

• Review and update ITS webpage content on berklee.edu • Transfer content from berklee.edu to the ITS Help Center knowledge base • Maintain content accuracy in the ITS Help Center • Create and organize training materials for the Workday Student project • Track training participation • Edit and proofread student communications, including emails and announcements • Assist with special ad hoc projects • Participate in articulating project status and interactions with team members • Collaborate with ITS and TTS team members, SMEs, and project managers • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Strong decision-making and organizational skills • Excellent communication and writing skills • Ability to work collaboratively with others and take direction on tasks • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and complete tasks on time • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail • Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence • Proficiency in teleconferencing tools, including Zoom • Knowledge of content management systems such as Drupal preferred • Knowledge of Apple Mac OS preferred • Knowledge of Workday preferred
