📋 Description

• Manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements • Schedule and coordinate workflow and staffing for financial audit projects and engagements • Maintain active client communication to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction • Lead change efforts effectively • Consult with and service clients by making business and process improvement recommendations • Serve as a business advisor to clients • Work with principals and senior managers on proposals and business development activities • Assist with or participate in board presentations • Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals • Manage, develop, train, mentor, and supervise staff • Assess performance for engagement and performance meetings • Participate in recruiting talent • Attend professional development, networking events, and training seminars when required

🎯 Requirements

• CPA License • Minimum 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience • Highly evolved analytical and problem solving ability • Proven supervisory and training success • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, rules and standards • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and organizational skills • Experience performing Uniform Guidance Compliance audits
