📋 Description

• Own implementation of technical projects improving platform scalability, reliability, and developer experience • Independently execute scoped initiatives and automate infrastructure • Build internal tools that help product teams move faster and safer • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code • Automate and monitor the Kubernetes-based platform and CI/CD pipelines • Improve infrastructure repeatability, safety, and visibility • Build CLI tools, shared libraries, and scripts to accelerate development workflows • Improve build, test, and deployment loops • Help define standards for service configuration, secrets management, and application observability • Implement dashboards, alerts, and runbooks for platform-owned services • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and follow-up improvements • Propose and prototype changes improving availability, scalability, and cost efficiency • Collaborate with platform engineers and cross-functional stakeholders • Influence architectural choices and team processes as responsibilities grow • Report to the Manager of Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience working with cloud infrastructure • Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure • Familiarity with Terraform or Pulumi • Understanding of CI/CD workflows • Clean, maintainable coding ability • Experience with at least one scripting or programming language such as Go, Python, Bash, or TypeScript • Hands-on experience utilizing AI agents such as Claude Code for engineering tasks • Ability to direct AI agents through clear context, explicit constraints, and deliberate planning • Experience with containerization such as Docker • Experience with Kubernetes • Understanding of version control workflows • Regular participation in code reviews • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ownership of work • Eagerness to grow into architectural and operational responsibilities • Must reside in the contiguous 48 United States • Must be able to satisfy U.S. employment eligibility requirements
