📋 Description

• Manage the daily settlement pipeline and exception reporting for payment setup and clearing • Communicate with creditors and agencies by phone and email to clear payment exceptions and uncleared payments • Support acquisition of documentation required to remit payments successfully • Request proof of payment from collection agencies, creditors, and the third-party payment processor • Use the accumulation of funds banking ledger to determine payment-remittance fund availability and ensure sufficient deposit account balances • Maintain knowledge of departmental functions to respond to internal and external inquiries and support requests • Scan documents and attach them to client accounts in Salesforce • Multitask while maintaining attention to detail • Provide word processing, correspondence typing, and proofreading support • Flex-work to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and last-minute changes • Handle special projects and other assignments directed by Business Operations • Research and ensure accuracy when handling escalation issues

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred, or 3–5 years of experience • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook; ability to learn company systems • Salesforce experience preferred • Strong interpersonal, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills • Positive, prompt, and reliable • Quality customer relations skills and phone etiquette • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Proven ability to work cooperatively with varied work styles, management levels, and support staff • Strong verbal and written communication skills
