📋 Description

• Install and configure software and applications on client machines • Coordinate with team members to complete large-scale installation initiatives • Respond to client and partner inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges • Resolve data issues that affect partner applications • Investigate data errors or discrepancies using internal tools, including SQL and C# queries • Deliver technical information, training, and updates to clients and partners of varying technical knowledge • Maintain detailed case notes, manage a personal ticket queue, and escalate problems to the appropriate team leaders • Contribute to team documentation and collaborate with leadership to improve team functionality • Assist with training new team members through job shadowing and process demonstrations • Provide feedback to leadership regarding new team member performance • Coordinate with team leadership to prioritize and deliver on strategic partnerships • Provide exceptional customer service and professional written and verbal communication

🎯 Requirements

• Technical support or computer science experience/expertise • Customer service experience, especially in a phone or email setting • Ability to install and configure software and applications on client machines • Troubleshooting and issue resolution skills • Experience investigating data errors or discrepancies using SQL and C# queries • Ability to provide technical information, training, and updates to clients and partners • Professional written and verbal communication skills
