📋 Description

• Execute the global benefits strategy aligned with company and departmental objectives • Lead implementation, administration, and enhancement of benefit programs globally • Plan and roll out open enrollment for plans outside the US, Canada, and UK • Co-manage open enrollment for plans in the US, Canada, and UK • Ensure compliance with country-specific statutory benefits requirements and regulations • Analyze benefits utilization, participation, and cost trends and recommend enhancements • Develop reporting and executive-level dashboards • Communicate benefit programs to employees and managers • Manage relationships with brokers, advisors, vendors, and external partners • Finalize benefits contracts, agreements, summary plan descriptions, and plan documents • Create, maintain, enforce, and educate employees on benefits-related policies • Resolve escalated claims and customer service issues with global vendors and brokers • Oversee leave programs, COBRA, and related company programs • Manage the company Wellness Program • Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of benefits professionals • Establish team goals, performance expectations, and development plans • Drive operational excellence through process improvements and automation • Build organizational capability through knowledge sharing and cross-training • Prepare analyses and materials for executive leadership • Develop and deliver global benefits training and communications • Leverage automation to reduce manual benefits administration and provide backup to the VP of Total Rewards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 5-7 years of progressive benefits experience, or Associates’ degree with minimum 8+ years of progressive benefits experience • 3+ years leading benefits teams • Experience supporting multinational organizations • Working knowledge of health benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and applicable laws/regulations in applicable countries • Strong technical skills and experience with HRIS systems; UKG Pro preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to exercise sound judgment and work well under pressure • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers in large group settings and one-on-one interactions • Ability to maintain confidential and private personnel data
