📋 Description

• Broker and manage clients for personal insurance • Assess the risk management needs of prospects and clients • Market new and renewal accounts • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurer partners • Deliver client results and take personal accountability • Find practical solutions for clients • Share information proactively with colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant insurance industry experience • Bachelor's Degree preferred or combination of education and experience or commensurate work-related experience • Appropriate state licensing required • Insurance industry designations are preferred • Intermediate to advanced level of experience with Excel and PowerPoint • Strong understanding of the insurance market • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with insurer partners • Willingness to learn and pursue continuous improvement • Strong teamwork, communication, strategic thinking, initiative, and professional integrity
