📋 Description
• Assist Claro customers who have previously been served through the Customer Service channel (123) • Provide specialized guidance as a second line of support • Identify customer needs • Explain benefits, promotions, upgrades, and alternatives for mobile and home services • Follow Claro’s established protocols and quality standards
🎯 Requirements
• High school education • 3 months of experience, as indicated in the job title • Availability to work the specified full-time or semi-full-time schedules • Completion of high school education
