📋 Description

• Own the BigPanda website as a business asset, including performance, design, evolution, and pipeline contribution • Lead a website redesign and manage the ongoing roadmap • Continuously optimize the website for conversion • Own BigPanda’s position in traditional, AI-generated, and answer-engine search • Build infrastructure to improve BigPanda’s visibility and credibility across relevant search surfaces • Leverage AI tools to accelerate testing, content, and technical SEO • Set and own paid media strategy with accountability for pipeline contribution, ROI, and spend efficiency • Own the security posture of digital properties and ensure GDPR, cookie consent, and data privacy compliance across regions • Partner with Legal and IT on compliance requirements • Manage vendor security reviews and contractor agreements • Own web analytics and build reporting infrastructure for traffic, conversion, and pipeline visibility • Present data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership • Own and evolve the digital execution model, including external partner engagement • Work strategically alongside Marketing Ops and Product Marketing • Direct creative partners and manage agencies and contractors

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in digital marketing with demonstrated, senior ownership of SEO/AEO/GEO, website strategy, paid media, and conversion optimization • AI-native; ability to reach for AI tools first and leverage them for velocity, creativity, and execution • Proven experience auditing and rebuilding digital infrastructure in close partnership with Marketing Ops or similar functions • Experience leading a full website redesign from business case through launch, with a strong eye for design • Expertise in AEO, GEO, and AI-generated search • Experience owning website security posture, GDPR/consent compliance, and vendor security reviews across multiple regions • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills • Performance marketing discipline with clear accountability for pipeline contribution and ROI • Exceptional communication skills for translating complex digital strategy into narratives for senior leadership • Ability to collaborate with technical and operational functions • Must be based in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
