📋 Description

• Shape long-term strategy for a portfolio of sophisticated client relationships • Develop strategies, identify KPIs, and make informed recommendations aligned with client goals and objectives • Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including Meta and Google Ads • Guide clients toward new opportunities • Lead custom consulting engagements, marketing audits, and new business proposals • Build trusted client relationships • Lead a small team of Analysts and Senior Analysts • Lead internal initiatives and mentor colleagues • Build industry presence through case studies, speaking engagements, and Boot Camp, Capacity’s annual arts marketing conference

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in the field, including experience managing others • Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complex, evolving client situations with clarity and confidence • Strong conflict management skills and sound judgment in balancing client and internal priorities • Track record of driving innovation and identifying new opportunities for client growth • Comfort operating around senior leadership internally and with client stakeholders • Clear career ambition and demonstrated interest in growing as a strategic advisor and consultant • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship • Significant amount of time on-camera for internal and external video calls • Submit a resume, expression of interest, and 1-3 references
