📋 Description

• Own customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and go-live • Design and implement BigPanda solutions across workflows, integrations, data design, and production rollouts • Partner with customer technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs and technical roadmaps • Build integrations, transforms, tooling, scripts, and automations required for implementations • Troubleshoot implementation risks and resolve complex customer requirements • Escalate architecture decisions when additional review is needed • Contribute to reusable playbooks, best practices, and architecture patterns • Mentor newer Solutions Architects • Deliver first production go-live within the first 90 days • Own a portfolio of engagements end to end within six months • Build a weekly-use playbook, pattern, integration, or tool within one year • Serve as a trusted technical advisor helping enterprise customers implement BigPanda and modernize incident management and service operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in post-sales technical architecture, consulting, or professional services roles • Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms • Knowledge of event and alert schemas, tag and CI modeling, query languages, and API-level integration • Experience delivering enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholder groups • Ability to write and ship code using Python, Node.js, or similar • Strong architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills across multi-platform environments • Ability to work effectively with customer stakeholders and connect technical decisions to business outcomes • Strong consultative communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences • Interest in improving team practices through mentoring, reusable assets, or process development • Experience using AI coding and agent tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Copilot • Experience building something with AI coding or agent tools • Must be able to work in the USA across Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
