📋 Description

• Provide support for Microsoft Azure Services, including setup, configuration, maintenance, and billing management • Provide support for Microsoft Entra identity management and cloud governance • Administer and operate Microsoft Windows Servers • Maintain and support Active Directory Services, including replication, schema management, and troubleshooting • Implement and manage Microsoft Best Security Practices • Oversee patching processes and configuration management • Administer Active Directory Forest, Domains, and Forest Trusts • Utilize PowerShell and/or Windows scripting for Active Directory management and automation tasks • Manage and support DNS • Develop, implement, and manage Group Policies • Support and troubleshoot Kerberos authentication • Administer and maintain Certificate Authority services • Deploy, administer, and maintain endpoints • Advise on information-security related risks • Serve as an escalation contact for support issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution • Support planning, design, testing, updating, documentation, implementation, development, and sustainment/fielding for the OCIO team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Azure Administrator, or similar • Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration or a related role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and end-users
