📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead for Aras Innovator implementations • Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical delivery • Lead teams through planning, design, build, testing, and transition • Ensure alignment with scope, quality, and delivery expectations • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders • Facilitate workshops to define requirements and solution direction • Align stakeholders and manage complex consulting scenarios • Define solution architectures using standard Aras capabilities • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Lead development of requirements, use cases, and specifications • Contribute to proposals and Statements of Work • Improve Professional Services delivery methodologies • Assign and manage technical tasks across delivery teams • Review deliverables for quality and consistency • Mentor consultants and junior architects

🎯 Requirements

• Strong client-facing consulting abilities • Experience with enterprise PLM implementations • Agile/Scrum delivery leadership • Documentation excellence, including requirements, SOWs, and specifications • Technical expertise in SQL Server, C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and XML • Data migration experience • Strong planning, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of PLM delivery experience • Proven Aras Innovator implementation leadership • Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps • Industry experience in Automotive, High Tech, Aerospace, etc. • Knowledge of engineering change, quality, and manufacturing processes • Willingness to travel up to 50% • U.S. Citizen
