📋 Description

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. • Validate business requirements against system implementations. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve issues. • Support test automation initiatives where applicable. • Conduct end-to-end testing of workflows, configurations, and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles. • Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms. • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Experience working in Agile environments. • Technical & Functional Skills: Manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT), Test case design and execution, Defect tracking and reporting, Salesforce testing (CRM workflows, Lightning, Apex-driven processes), API testing (tools like Postman).
