📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based coaching to children, adolescents, and young adults facing executive functioning and task-management challenges • Help clients build strategies for organization, planning, time management, task initiation, and independence across home, school, and community settings • Conduct 6–10 weekly virtual coaching sessions, consisting of 45-minute sessions plus 15-minute documentation • Create practical family resources, handouts, and actionable strategies to reinforce skill-building between sessions • Partner with the Specialty Services Team and participate in weekly team consultations • Implement individualized, skills-based plans that drive lasting functional outcomes • Maintain client availability during high-demand family times

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher in Special Education, Education, OT/COTA, SLP/SLPA, Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field (equivalent practical experience considered) • Direct experience supporting executive functioning, learning differences, or skill-building in educational, therapeutic, or pediatric settings • Strong understanding of executive dysfunction, including ADHD, autism, learning differences, and anxiety • Ability to translate complex cognitive concepts into simple, real-world tools tailored to a child's age and learning style • Excellent rapport-building skills with children, parents, and interdisciplinary care teams • Comfortable navigating EMR platforms • Ability to manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines • No formal clinical license required; relevant professional certifications or credentials are welcomed • Availability during weekday evenings between 3:00 PM–7:00 PM or weekends
