📋 Description

• Support development and implementation of processes for regional and on-site inventory levels and on-site personnel resource requirements • Design and manage implementation of uniform processes and responsibility guidelines for receiving, storing, tracking, handing out, receiving back, transferring, and returning inventory • Communicate with Fulfillment and Sourcing functions to align schedules, quantities, and quality of materials and equipment needed on job sites • Supervise, coach, and implement schedules for regional on-site personnel to ensure job sites have appropriate staffing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Management, or related field required • Five or more years of experience in a supply chain and/or inventory management position, or a related area as an individual contributor required • A minimum of one to three years supervisory experience required • Minimum of two years direct experience working in related position for construction or service companies; wind and solar being a plus • Industrial construction experience preferred • Ability to travel 75% • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
