📋 Description

• Lead the trade show strategy for the Medical division • Strategically plan, execute, and continuously evolve trade shows, customer events, executive engagements, activations, and key meetings • Influence marketing and commercial teams on strategically critical trade shows, exhibit strategy, and attendance • Lead complex, high-visibility, multi-business-unit trade shows and activations • Execute events in accordance with established guidelines, processes, procedures, and tools • Educate cross-functional teams, provide direction, and establish solutions • Architect customer-centric experiences showcasing Stryker’s innovation • Collaborate with MarCom on exhibit design and layout and manage exhibit cost and construction • Lead, develop, engage, and align the direct reporting team • Develop and manage comprehensive event project plans • Negotiate with vendors and service providers within budget • Maintain relationships with key industry and trade associations • Establish frameworks, standards, and playbooks for scalable event operations • Define and track KPIs, qualified lead generation, ROI, and commercial impact • Develop tracking and measurement tools and processes • Coordinate with the Demand Generation Team to ensure timely lead distribution and follow-up • Identify conference sponsorship opportunities and new trade show marketing opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 8+ years’ work experience in marketing, communications, events or related field • Previous people leader experience (preferred) • Experience managing production requirements and timelines of trade show production (preferred)
