📋 Description

• Develop a card implementation roadmap identifying dependencies, risks, resource needs, and critical decision points • Coordinate and execute card program implementation within the issuer’s environment • Align objectives, timelines, deliverables, ownership, and key decisions across stakeholders • Coordinate communication plans and stakeholder engagement activities • Identify adoption challenges and implementation risks • Support business teams through process, policy, operational, and technology changes • Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners • Track action items, dependencies, deliverables, and implementation progress • Escalate issues and risks and support resolution efforts • Serve as an embedded strategic and execution partner for an issuer’s consumer card business initiatives • Connect business, credit, marketing, operations, technology, analytics, risk, compliance, and vendor teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in credit cards, consumer lending, banking, financial services consulting, program management, product management, portfolio management, operations, or business strategy • Experience supporting implementation of card launches and complex cross-functional initiatives • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in highly matrixed environments • Strong project and program management capabilities • Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Executive communication and presentation skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress through complex organizational environments • Credit card industry knowledge • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
