📋 Description
• Lead or support HRIS/HCM implementation workstreams, including requirements, configuration, data conversion, testing, and cutover • Map HR processes, including core HR, benefits, timekeeping, and payroll integration, to system capabilities • Coordinate stakeholders across HR, IT, finance, and vendor teams • Produce implementation plans, test scripts, training materials, and go-live checklists • Contribute HRIS/HCM qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on HRIS or HCM implementation experience (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG/Ultimate, Dayforce, or comparable) • Public-sector or complex multi-department HR systems background • Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites
