📋 Description

• Design and run sourcing strategies by role family for high-volume non-exempt and exempt or specialized roles • Build and maintain active talent pools before requisitions open, especially for recurring high-volume roles • Map talent by identifying target employers, competitors, health systems, pharmacy chains, and local labor markets • Build local and community channels through pharmacy technician programs, community colleges, pharmacy schools, workforce programs, job fairs, and employee referrals • Partner with recruiters for smooth handoffs and conversion from sourced candidate to screen to hire • Deliver curated, vetted candidate lists for priority roles • Share market insights on pay, availability, and competitor activity • Track and report sourcing metrics including response rate, sourced-to-screen conversion, pipeline coverage, time to fill, and source of hire • Use AI-powered sourcing platforms at scale • Optimize Boolean strings, filters, and AI-driven insights • Build and refine personalized outreach campaigns and sequences • Stay current on sourcing tools and share best practices • Write personalized candidate outreach • Provide candidates with schedule, shift, pay range, location, and credential details • Educate candidates on BlinkRx’s mission, culture, and opportunities • Respond quickly and keep candidates informed throughout the process

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume and hard-to-fill roles • Experience sourcing for both hourly and salaried positions • Experience sourcing for pharmacy, healthcare, or operations and call center environments • Strong Boolean search skills and creative sourcing techniques • Experience with AI-enabled sourcing tools (Findem preferred) • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards such as Indeed, and an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred) • Track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing goals in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment • Ability to manage multiple reqs and priorities at once • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels and work with hiring managers • Balances long-term pipeline building with immediate hiring needs • Organized, with strong follow-through on a high volume of reqs • Data-driven, with attention to metrics and continuous improvement • Consultative and able to build trust with recruiters and hiring managers • Passion for BlinkRx’s mission • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities • Collaborative and willing to share knowledge
