📋 Description

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake, job descriptions, posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and closing candidates • Build in-house pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, outbound and active/passive channels • Partner with hiring managers on interview design, scorecards and calibration • Run the ATS and hiring operations, including pipeline hygiene, reporting, templates and offer workflows • Provide an excellent candidate experience and represent Canopy’s mission and culture • Strengthen employer brand through job content, candidate communications and hiring-channel presence • Track time-to-fill, pipeline conversion and source effectiveness metrics to improve hiring • Recruit across the US and Canada • Work with the CEO, COO and hiring managers across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a startup • Track record of hiring both technical and go-to-market roles • Strong sourcing skills and ability to fill roles without agency support • Self-motivated and resourceful, comfortable working with minimal oversight • Clear, concise and confident written and verbal communication • Exceptional organization, strong candidate judgment and ability to influence hiring managers • Bonus: Experience recruiting in insurance, insurtech, fintech or B2B SaaS • Bonus: Experience hiring in both the US and Canada • Bonus: Experience at a startup that scaled substantially during your tenure
