📋 Description

• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews, including complex multi-interviewer schedules across time zones. • Communicate with candidates about interview details, timing, changes, and next steps. • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align interviewer availability and resolve scheduling conflicts. • Prepare interviewers with schedules, candidate materials, meeting details, and logistics. • Monitor calendars and meeting logistics and address issues during interview days. • Arrange candidate travel or interview accommodations when needed. • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview plans, and process notes in the applicant tracking system. • Follow up with interviewers on feedback and next steps. • Identify coordination challenges and suggest improvements to the candidate and interviewer experience. • Handle candidate and company information with discretion and care.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, executive assistance, or another role involving complex scheduling and candidate- or customer-facing communication or equivalent experience. • Ability to coordinate multiple interviews and shifting schedules accurately, including across time zones. • Clear, warm, and professional written and verbal communication. • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize competing requests and meet time-sensitive deadlines. • Sound judgment and a calm, service-oriented approach when plans change. • Comfort using an applicant tracking system, calendar tools, video conferencing platforms, and common workplace software. • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a distributed team. • Commitment to providing a respectful, accessible, and consistent experience for candidates from a range of backgrounds. • Experience supporting technical, business, or other specialized recruiting. • Experience coordinating interviews for a remote or geographically distributed workforce. • Familiarity with improving recruiting workflows or documenting repeatable
