📋 Description

• Identify talent needed to support and grow Trulieve’s human capital • Serve as the primary point of contact and reference for retail recruiting • Source candidates using effective, creative outreach techniques • Communicate with candidates and coordinate phone screens and interviews via email, phone, and ATS tools • Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiation • Maintain candidate data and outreach in the application tracking system • Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and recruiting processes • Track recruiting data, report findings, and identify areas for improvement • Represent Trulieve at recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives • Support additional recruiting efforts and special projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline • 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter • Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques • Experience recruiting for a variety of positions • Background recruiting in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume environments preferred • Experience working within ATS and HRIS systems; SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel (tracking, reporting, basic formulas) • Highly motivated, confident, and high-energy • Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities • Organized with timely follow-up across numerous candidates • Strong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidates • Ability to work with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism • Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, or 18 in CT, PA, and WV • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
