📋 Description

• Own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and close • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline across the US and Canada • Lead internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings • Oversee outreach and screening processes • Train and coach hiring managers and calibrate interviewers • Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database, tracking availability and qualifications • Report weekly on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and progress against hiring goals • Work directly with leadership to drive hiring across the US and Canada

🎯 Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles, with a track record of closing hard-to-fill roles • End-to-end ownership of searches, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview design, offer negotiation, and close • Experience recruiting in the US and/or Canada, including familiarity with market compensation and candidate expectations in both • Ability to ramp quickly as a contractor and produce results in the first weeks • Excellent spoken and written communication skills • High daily output and precision in execution • Strong attention to detail • Experience hiring in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus • Energy and drive, with a commitment to self-improvement • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems with high autonomy • Interest in healthcare and helping healthcare innovation flourish • Fully committed to a single full-time role • Availability during US Eastern business hours
