📋 Description

• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones • Serve as the primary liaison for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout the hiring journey • Maintain records of candidate progress, feedback, and hiring metrics in the ATS • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate information • Ensure a seamless, efficient, and memorable candidate experience • Drive scheduling excellence in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a fast-paced administrative role • Proven proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever • Experience improving or scaling scheduling workflows for high-volume recruiting teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented mindset • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities in a high-growth environment • Familiarity with Google Workspace and scheduling tools • Passion for delivering a top-tier candidate experience and a collaborative spirit • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
