📋 Description

• Partner with Technology recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team context, and must-haves vs. nice-to-haves • Build sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean/x-ray search, and other channels • Proactively identify, engage, and qualify passive candidates for roles ranging from individual contributors to senior engineering leaders • Run initial outreach and screening conversations; assess technical background, motivations, and fit • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS (Greenhouse) • Contribute to market mapping, competitive intelligence, and diversity sourcing efforts • Help refine messaging, campaigns, and sourcing playbooks as the team scales

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent on Technology / Engineering roles • Strong Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative-channel sourcing skills • Experience sourcing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment such as financial services, PE/VC, or top-tier tech preferred • Excellent written outreach that is concise, personalized, and yields a high response rate • Comfort working independently in a remote setting while staying tightly aligned with recruiters across time zones • ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred) and solid data hygiene • Discretion and professionalism handling confidential searches and sensitive candidate information • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities • Prior exposure to private equity, asset management, or financial services technology hiring • Experience sourcing for AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or quant/data engineering talent • Track record supporting diversity sourcing initiatives
