📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive healthcare candidates • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CRM databases, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines • Conduct outreach through phone, email, text, and social media • Build and maintain a network of healthcare professionals • Perform talent mapping and market research in target healthcare markets • Screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, career goals, and client alignment • Present qualified candidate profiles to hiring teams • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement • Build consultative candidate relationships and provide career guidance • Deliver candidates and support client satisfaction • Meet recruiting metrics for sourcing, submissions, interviews, and placements • Maintain recruiting activity, candidate records, and reporting in ATS and CRM systems • Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and supporting Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators • Share sourcing strategies, market insights, and recruiting best practices • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, direct hire recruiting, staffing, or sales • Healthcare recruiting or healthcare staffing experience • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels • Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates • Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously • Proven success working in a metrics-driven environment • Ability to effectively use technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools while adhering to company policies and responsible AI practices • Experience supporting direct hire or permanent placement searches preferred • Experience utilizing ATS and CRM platforms preferred • Comfort with high-volume outreach activities, including approximately 100+ candidate calls per week • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
