📋 Description

• Support for Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding • Analyze issues in recruiting and onboarding processes • Configure and optimize existing workflows • Implement smaller enhancements and new features • Support candidate and hiring processes • Perform root cause analysis • Support Oracle releases and testing • Support an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting, and functional improvements on a flexible basis

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting • Practical experience with Oracle Onboarding • Productive configuration and support experience • Experience with bug fixing and enhancements • Understanding of integration with Core HR • Experience with releases and testing • Very good English skills • Nice-to-have: Candidate Experience • Nice-to-have: Core HR • Nice-to-have: Recruiting integrations • Nice-to-have: International recruiting processes
