📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate, non-clinical 1099 and W2 roles across Operations, Clinical Operations, and other functions • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, align processes, and ensure efficient hiring • Hold hiring managers accountable to Allara's recruiting philosophy and process • Coach hiring managers toward consistent, high-quality, and equitable hiring decisions • Source high-caliber talent using creative channels beyond job boards • Use Allara's employer brand to craft compelling outreach • Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and mission-aligned candidate experience • Manage roles and pipelines in Ashby • Build reporting and dashboards for pipeline health, hiring velocity, and outcomes • Manage evergreen roles and maintain warm pipelines of qualified candidates • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Track, analyze, and share hiring metrics to improve recruiting outcomes • Report to the Director of Talent Acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience • Extensive hands-on experience with Ashby; candidates without direct Ashby experience will not be considered • Proven success recruiting across multiple corporate functions, including Operations and Clinical Operations • Experience managing evergreen requisitions and maintaining continuous candidate pipelines • Experience managing both W2 and 1099 hiring • Start-up experience • Ability to pivot quickly as priorities shift in a fast-moving start-up environment • Strong sourcing capabilities beyond job boards • Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality • Highly organized and proactive • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Passion for building high-performing teams supporting women's health • Must reside in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or indicate visa sponsorship needs
