📋 Description

• Achieve and exceed partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets across the South East territory • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing, security-focused partners • Develop and execute regional quarterly business plans with focus partners • Align enablement, marketing campaigns, field events, and pipeline generation to exceed revenue targets • Liaise between BlinkOps’ AEs and Partner Reps for joint account planning and field execution • Deliver training and workshops for partner sales and technical teams • Help partners position, demo, and sell Agentic AI solutions • Represent BlinkOps at regional industry events and partner roadshows • Advocate for security automation within the territory

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of quantifiable success in Channel Management and/or Partner Sales within Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or a high-growth SaaS environment • Deep, pre-existing relationships with key security partners (VARs and MSSPs) across the South East territory • Track record of operationalizing high-level channel strategy and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas • Ability to manage a massive territory independently • Ability and willingness to travel within the territory approximately 30–50% for face-to-face partner engagement and events • Preferred location in Georgia or Florida
