📋 Description

• Provide high-quality technical support and service to medical imaging customers • Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain medical imaging equipment • Service medical imaging equipment within the United States • Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, computer, and network-related technical issues • Ensure systems meet OEM specifications and customer needs • Perform preventive maintenance and advanced-level equipment repairs • Represent the company professionally during on-site customer interactions • Communicate customer feedback to internal teams • Expand knowledge of equipment repair and installation • Provide project updates, feedback, and insights to management, including the Zone Service Director • Respond promptly to technical issues and inquiries • Document newly developed processes and train end users • Perform additional duties assigned to support team and organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent • 3–7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent • Preferred: Women's Health/Hologic equipment service experience • Strong organizational and task-prioritization skills • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving/critical-thinking skills • Ability to manage concurrent projects and meet timelines • Customer service experience • Thorough knowledge of safety regulations • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, keyboarding, and internet research • Computer diagnostic software and hardware knowledge • Database entry and management • Valid driver’s license and proof of safe driving history • Successful MVR and criminal background check and drug screen • Medical exam and written examination if required to operate rental trucks or fleet vehicles under DOT regulations • Compliance with on-the-job driver safety training if required to operate rental trucks or fleet vehicles • Must be 21 or older to drive a company vehicle • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb, kneel, and twist frequently • Ability to push/pull and lift over 25 lbs. but not more than 75 lbs. sometimes • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50%
