📋 Description

• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on XR/CT/NM medical equipment • Service medical equipment within hospitals or healthcare systems to ensure optimal delivery of healthcare services • Maintain customer relationships • Ensure timely communication, resolution, and proper follow-up to drive customer satisfaction • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols • Meet regulatory and compliance requirements • Document all work performed, including parts ordering

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, military education, or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment • 2+ years of experience servicing imaging equipment • Valid driver's license • Legal authorization to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not provided • Successful completion of GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test • Compliance with customer access policies, including required immunizations and additional drug tests or background checks when applicable • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch or squat, kneel or crawl, and sit and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level; flex or extend neck; and use good hand and finger dexterity • Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends
