📋 Description

• Gain a deep understanding of the sales process from contract inception through billing and collection • Complete invoicing, collections, phone support, and email customer service • Oversee daily billing operations including upgrades, cancellations, payments, and refunds • Research and resolve payment variances with customers and account managers • Identify process improvements and opportunities to automate tasks • Manage billing cases in Salesforce • Open new accounts and update existing accounts • Use billing systems and Salesforce CRM for account information and invoicing • Collaborate with parallel teams to provide support and solve issues • Assist with team projects, ad hoc projects, and relevant audits • Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience working in billing or accounts receivable • Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong organizational mindset • Ability to pivot and multitask when needed • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide and receive feedback • Positive attitude and desire to work in a space that impacts nonprofit organizations • Ability to stay current with emerging AI capabilities and apply them through hands-on building and experimentation • Experience with Ordway, Zuora, and Salesforce is nice to have but not required • Must reside in the U.S. or select Canadian provinces • Visa sponsorship is not offered • Relocation assistance is not offered
