📋 Description

• Gain a deep understanding of the sales process from contract inception to billing and collection • Complete invoicing, collections, phone support, and email customer service cross-functionally • Oversee daily billing operations including upgrades, cancellations, payments, and refunds • Research and resolve payment variances with customers and account managers • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities • Manage billing cases in Salesforce • Open new accounts and update existing accounts • Use billing systems and Salesforce CRM for account information and invoicing • Collaborate with parallel teams to provide support and solve issues • Assist with team projects, ad hoc projects, and relevant audits • Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience working in billing or accounts receivable • Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills • Ability to pivot and multitask when needed • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide and receive feedback • Positive attitude and desire to work in a space impacting nonprofit organizations • Experience with Ordway, Zuora, and Salesforce (nice to have, not required) • Must be eligible to work within the U.S. or select Canadian Provinces • Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not offered
