📋 Description

• Serve as a senior trusted advisor in the sales team, leading strategic and complex sales cycles • Partner with sales leadership and executive buyers to drive customer value • Bring use cases to life through technical deliverables, business cases, and pre-sales consultancy • Act as a full-platform expert across Marketing and Search & Merchandising • Lead tailored product demonstrations and C-suite presentations focused on AI-powered cross-channel marketing experiences • Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership on strategic account plans • Lead expert-level discovery, including CX mapping and gap-analysis workshops • Build business cases quantifying revenue and operational impact • Partner on non-standard pricing and integration-related deal structures • Design cross-product solutions for complex use cases and articulate competitive positioning • Design and own custom paid POCs or support client implementations • Apply integration and implementation expertise comparable to a Senior Solutions Architect • Use hands-on prototyping and AI tooling, including agentic workflows • Define methods and processes for new assignments • Coordinate and mentor Solutions Consultants on discovery, demos, and best practices • Represent Bloomreach at trade shows and industry events as a speaker or panelist • Create external-facing thought-leadership assets with Marketing • Liaise with the Partner team and bring technical partners into broader opportunities • Research and advocate for best practices across Loomi AI and cross-channel marketing • Provide field insight to Product and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Presales, preferably in SaaS or marketing, with a track record of leading complex, strategic enterprise deals • Expert in technical sales, SaaS, Martech, e-commerce, and CDP • Deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing automation and working knowledge of search & merchandising • Strong understanding of Machine Learning and AI, CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics • Ability to explain technical concepts in business terms • Strong business and quantitative acumen • Proven ability to quantify business impact through ROI models and business cases • Excellent presentation skills, including conferences, webinars, and executive briefings • Executive presence and credibility with C-suite stakeholders • Industry experience in retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or D2C brands • Hands-on development experience in HTML, CSS, JS, and web technologies • Deep proficiency with APIs, data integration, and implementation approaches • Ability to guide client IT and architecture teams • Experience mentoring other Solutions Consultants or leading team initiatives and processes • Excellent problem-solving skills • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and technologies • Preferred: experience building agentic workflows or AI-powered automations, including LLM tooling, MCP servers, or workflow automation • Preferred: expertise with templating languages such as Jinja or Liquid • Preferred: experience with cross-channel marketing and personalization, including email, SMS, or onsite experiences • Preferred: experience speaking at industry events or publishing thought leadership content
