📋 Description

• Present the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers through product demonstrations and presentations • Support Sales by addressing platform questions and showing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery • Own customer IT and Security relationships during deal cycles, including security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity, and enterprise questions • Collaborate with Product and Support to identify account-security enhancements and influence the product roadmap • Design and scale technical sales efforts and facilitate customer, sales, and product-team connections • Create content for customers and internal partners about the Figma platform • Collaborate with Figmates, operate autonomously, and continue learning • Position technology presales, establish success criteria, and lead evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience • 4+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization • Excellent communication skills within a variety of audiences • Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem • Ability to prioritize competing customer and business demands • Front end development or developer lifecycle experience
