📋 Description

• Own agentic AI use cases end to end, from ideation and rapid experimentation through development, testing, and production deployment • Design and build modular agent skills and tools supporting multiple business workflows • Model and extend the Palantir Foundry Ontology, including Object Types, Link Types, Action Types, and Interfaces • Build LLM-driven workflows with AIP Logic, AIP Automate, and AIP Assist and deploy them within the Palantir platform • Engineer structured and unstructured data pipelines feeding agentic applications across Foundry, Azure, and Databricks • Define semantic layers, ontologies, and context layers for business context • Select, deploy, and cost-optimize models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and other providers, including through Azure AI Foundry and Databricks Genie • Build and maintain GitHub repositories and automated CI/CD pipelines for secure, repeatable production releases • Work directly with client stakeholders in discovery sessions • Share Palantir knowledge with pod teammates • Deliver production-grade data platforms, ML systems, and analytics solutions as part of a data engineering and AI consultancy

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, data science, or LLM engineering • Production work on cloud platforms • Proven agentic AI delivery across the full lifecycle, from experimentation to production • Experience building composable agent skills and tools • Hands-on experience deploying LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or other major providers • Experience with model selection, deployment trade-offs, and cost optimization • Data engineering experience with structured and unstructured data for AI applications, including RAG, retrieval, and document processing • Experience with Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, and/or Databricks, including Databricks Genie • GitHub and DevOps skills, including building CI/CD pipelines for production deployments • Strong Python and SQL • Comfort in a rapid development and deployment environment • Availability for a 15-month engagement • Clear written and verbal communication in English • Experience working directly with client stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience • Palantir Foundry and AIP experience strongly preferred • Background checks may be required for certain positions and projects
