🎯 Requirements

• Multiple election cycles of experience in Democratic politics across campaigns, party committees, or political consultancies • Excellent written and verbal communication • Experience delivering presentations to principals and senior staff that shape campaign decisions • Strong political instincts and bias towards action • Comfort picking up new tools and new data quickly, without needing a technical background • Kindness, humility, and a collaborative spirit • Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
