📋 Description

• Serve as the in-house subject matter expert on order-to-cash, cash application, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes and best practices • Partner with Sales during the pre-sales cycle by joining demos and discovery calls, answering technical/operational accounting questions, and helping prospects map their current-state process to the platform • Lead or support customer onboarding by understanding clients' reconciliation workflows, chart of accounts, and AR systems, and configuring the platform • Translate complex accounting concepts into clear, practical guidance for customers and internal teams • Advise customers' accounting and finance teams throughout onboarding and ongoing use • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback, identify gaps, and help shape the roadmap • Build internal enablement content, playbooks, and training materials • Provide guidance to product and engineering teams on technical customer product requests and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance • At least 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally with a combination of Big 4 and industry experience • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Quickbooks, Xero) and finance/accounting workflows • E-commerce experience is a plus • Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously, prioritize open issues, and manage multiple deadlines • Work independently, and as part of a larger team, to utilize your industry experience and creativity in creating customer solutions • Experience with complex workflow automation and reconciliation
