📋 Description

• Lead the compliance team responsible for Blue Yonder’s information security certifications and attestations • Set direction, priorities, and operating cadence for compliance programs • Own the end-to-end audit lifecycle, including scoping, control mapping, evidence collection, control operation, auditor coordination, issue remediation, and final reporting • Manage external auditors and certification bodies, including scope, timelines, sampling, and outcomes • Build and maintain shared cross-framework controls to reduce duplicate evidence and audit fatigue • Mature SOX / ITGC compliance with Internal Audit, Finance, and control owners • Scale emerging frameworks including ISO 42001 for AI management systems • Drive continuous compliance through automation, evidence pipelines, process improvements, and GRC tooling • Partner with Engineering, Product, Cloud Platform, Privacy, Legal, Internal Audit, and Customer Trust • Prepare reporting for executives, customers, and regulators and support customer audits • Enable Sales and Customer Trust with current attestations and evidence • Develop the compliance team through coaching, ownership, and career growth

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in security compliance, audit, or information security within an enterprise SaaS environment • Proven leadership of a security compliance, IT audit, or GRC function in a complex, multi-product SaaS or technology environment • Direct management experience leading a team of compliance professionals • Deep hands-on expertise delivering ISO 27001, SOC 1, and SOC 2 audits • Experience managing certification bodies and audit firms end to end • Working knowledge of ISO 27701, ISO 22301, ISO 42001, and Sarbanes-Oxley / ITGC • Experience developing, maturing, or transforming compliance programs in cloud and/or SaaS environments • Cloud fluency with Microsoft Azure preferred, plus familiarity with AWS, GCP, and OCI • Understanding of cloud shared-responsibility models and their impact on control scope and evidence • Command of control frameworks and ability to map overlapping requirements into a coherent control environment • Experience applying automation, evidence pipelines, and GRC platforms to scale audit readiness • Strong cross-functional influence with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong organizational and project management skills • Experience with GDPR and other data privacy frameworks preferred • Familiarity with FedRAMP and U.S. public-sector security requirements preferred • Grounding in NIST SP 800-53 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework preferred • Experience leading a geographically distributed compliance team preferred • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIPP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer, or equivalent preferred • Experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or enterprise SaaS in an AI-driven product organization preferred
