📋 Description

• Lead the architecture, design, and governance of complex multi-solution Blue Yonder implementations • Define and govern enterprise integration patterns, API strategies, master data frameworks, and event-driven architectures • Provide technical leadership throughout implementation lifecycles by conducting architecture reviews, managing technical risks, enforcing standards, and ensuring operational readiness, performance, security, and observability requirements are met • Influence customer and Blue Yonder leadership by translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes and guiding strategic technology decisions • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and robotics • Mentor architects and consultants, contribute to reusable delivery assets and accelerators, support recruiting and talent development initiatives, and advance architectural standards • Partner with Product Management and Product Development teams to identify market needs, communicate implementation insights, influence product evolution, and improve customer outcomes • Partner with executives, customer leadership, consulting teams, product management, engineering organizations, and delivery organizations across complex enterprise transformation programs

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, supply chain technology, consulting, or related industries • Proven success leading architecture for large-scale enterprise transformation programs involving multiple integrated platforms • Experience serving in Principal Architect, Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect, or equivalent senior technical leadership roles • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional global initiatives • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and solution design • Expertise in APIs, integration frameworks, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and enterprise data architecture • Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP • Knowledge of container technologies, scalability patterns, security architecture, observability, and operational support models • Strong understanding of supply chain systems and integrations spanning ERP, MES, automation, robotics, and enterprise applications • Good understanding of Blue Yonder solution architecture across Planning, Execution, Platform, and Automation portfolios • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to connect technology strategy to measurable business outcomes • Experience mentoring technical teams and driving organizational adoption of best practices • Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve complex technical challenges, and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field • Advanced degree preferred
