📋 Description

• Own the design and execution of our employee engagement strategy across the organization. • Develop initiatives that strengthen connection, motivation, and belonging. • Measure engagement through surveys, feedback, and data, then translate insights into meaningful action plans. • Continuously improve the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. • Champion and strengthen the culture that defines Advantage HQ. • Ensure our values are consistently embedded throughout hiring, onboarding, recognition, performance, communications, and everyday experiences. • Create memorable experiences that make employees excited to work at Advantage HQ. • Lead virtual events, celebrations, recognition programs, company-wide initiatives, and team-building activities. • Build scalable employee recognition programs that celebrate outstanding performance and living our company values. • Partner with leadership to improve transparency and communication across the company. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to showcase our culture through social media, employee stories, career pages, and employer branding campaigns. • Provide guidance on employee engagement best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Culture, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, HR, or People & Culture. • Experience building employee engagement programs in a fast-growing organization. • Strong understanding of employee experience, organizational culture, and employee lifecycle best practices. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities. • Highly creative with the ability to turn ideas into impactful programs. • Comfortable using employee feedback and data to drive decisions. • Self-starter with strong ownership and attention to detail. • Passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
