📋 Description

• Support and enhance critical business applications within the Niche Applications team • Provide operations expertise in the design, development, management, and implementation of assigned projects from business case development through execution • Build change management plans and lead or participate in readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment • Define communication plans, develop tailored messaging, and identify distribution channels • Act as relationship manager on assigned projects and programs • Develop solutions and recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs • Participate in project and program design and provide subject matter expertise • Conduct analysis to inform strategic recommendations and assess enterprise implications • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on programs and solutions • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations • Monitor and track performance and address issues • Drive cross-business/group coordination and logistical support for change implementation • Support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Identify implementation issues and risks, raise them with stakeholders, and offer solutions • Apply BMO’s Risk Management Framework and Risk Culture while protecting assets and adhering to policies, laws, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience • Subject matter expertise in required business domain - In-depth • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth • Influence skills - In-depth • Data driven decision making - In-depth • Ability to make sound, risk-informed decisions aligned with business strategy • Adherence to applicable policies, laws, and regulations
